Brian is the founder and owner of Ysbryd Games, a indie-focused games publisher based in Singapore and the United Kingdom. Under Brian’s guidance and curation, Ysbryd Games has funded and produced best-selling titles such as WORLD OF HORROR and VA-11 HALL-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action.
Brian’s experience straddles both the development and publishing spheres of the industry, as he previously served as co-founder and executive producer at Witching Hour Studios. Over the past 12 years, Brian has built bridges with a network of global platform holders, fellow publishers and a diverse set of developers in the premium games space.
When Brian is off-duty these days, he delves into high-end raiding in Final Fantasy XIV.
Ripples Asia Venture Pte Ltd
David Liem is an entrepreneur, digital marketer and award-winning filmmaker. He is the CEO of Ripples Asia Venture, a digital publisher and solution provider for the video games industry that has worked with international gaming companies like Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, Deep Silver, THQ Nordic, Microids and Nacon.
With a keenness to learn new things, David’s career expands over several industries including, children’s education, corporate training, digital marketing, software development and video games.
Born and raised in Canada, David moved to Singapore in 2006. He brings his unique cross-cultural perspectives to business, empowering companies around the world to work together in harmony.
As a filmmaker, David has produced over one hundred short films and documentaries. He also has produced several documentaries for Honour Singapore, a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting a culture of Honour and Honouring.
Elicia Lee is Co-founder and Managing Director of gaming and esports agency, Eliphant, as well as Co-founder and Marketing Director of game studio, Battlebrew Productions. She started her gaming career in EA, handling ecommerce and marketing for the APAC region, before going on to organise GameStart Asia, Singapore's largest gaming event from 2014 to 2019. Her area of expertise lies in effective communications, marketing strategy and event management.
In her free time, Elicia can be found exploring the world of Teyvat or living other lives in games like Frostpunk, Don’t Starve and Stardew Valley.
APAC Head of Games BD
Felicia is currently the Head of Games BD for APAC at Twitch where she is responsible for developing games strategy by working closely with games publishers and developers to identify strategic opportunities.
Before joining Twitch, she had 17 years of regional gaming experience with companies that included Microsoft Xbox 360, Blizzard Entertainment and ONE Esports. Driven by her passion for the industry, she has dedicated her career to understand the various roles of the games ecosystem which included platform, publishing, esports, development and streaming.
Wanting to pay forward what she has learnt through her experience and network, she hopes to share her knowledge and help support the growth of the gaming industry.
Gennadii is the CEO and co-founder of General Arcade. He is currently 34 years old and has lived in Singapore for the last 10 years. He has 15 years of experience in commercial software development and 10 years in game development. He started General Arcade in 2013 together with his close friend, Serge Shubin - a porting house and co-development studio based in Eastern Europe and Singapore.
Over the years, they have grown to a team of 40 specialists. General Arcade has provided services to companies such as SEGA, From Software, Capcom, Square Enix, Devolver Digital, TinyBuild, CD Project Red, 3D Realms, Wizards of the Coast, and many others. They were recently involved in the development of Duke Nukem 3D, Metal Wolf Chaos XD, Hotline Miami, Dragons Dogma, Project Zomboid, Control, and Graveyard Keeper. They have also worked with local studios like: The Gentlebros, Ratloop Asia, Ysbryd Games, and Playware.

The Walt Disney Company
Je Alipio is the Director and Head of Games for South APAC and MENA, The Walt Disney Company, and is focused on delivering high-quality gaming experiences across the Disney, Marvel, Lucasfilm, 20th Century and National Geographic franchises that bring fans across for South APAC and MENA closer to their favorite stories and characters on mobile, online and console platforms.
He is fully responsible for the regional games P&L, inclusive of developing game licensing, publishing and distribution strategies and operations that drive both revenue and increase brand affinity and awareness across the region.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Alipio was Director, Disney Interactive for Southeast Asia, where he was responsible for managing and driving growth on all digital and interactive products across games and apps licensing and distribution, branded devices, digital learning and experiences, and OTT content as well as social, content, media and platform operations.
He has 18+ years of experience in the mobile gaming industry, having held various leadership and business development positions in Electronic Arts. He also currently serves as a mentor for PIXEL Labs and Studios under Info-communications Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore.
He graduated from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines and holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer and Information Sciences).
Assistant Vice President
Corporate Investment Banking, DBS Bank
John has over 10 years of experience covering the technology, media and telecommunication space. He joined DBS in 2012 and has been with the bank since. As a corporate investment banker, he has experience in a myriad of transactions involving mergers/acquisitions, structured finance, and capital market fundraising. Prior to DBS John was with IDC, providing market intelligence and insights in tech and telecoms industries to corporates validating their strategies and investments.
He is also the Project Lead for the bank, looking into strategies and partnerships for virtual worlds/digital worlds (or popularly known as a "Metaverse"). Additionally he contributes to the Digital Economy Group, providing insights into Gaming, E-Sports and related markets. He hopes to contribute to orchestrating meaningful relationships between the melting pot of game-related companies in Asia and investors/corporate financiers. Through patience, guidance, and sustainable partnerships, John envisions a near future where Asian talent are competitive in the global gaming industry. He is a OG gamer and geek, hoping that 8-bit gaming is preserved as an accessible art form.

Matthew is the co-founder & CEO of The Iterative Collective - an indie game incubator & publisher, seeking to empower indie game developers in their quest to develop successful games.
As a child, Matthew has been interested in storytelling, voraciously consuming all forms of narrative experiences. His first video game encounter was love at first sight, and he believes that games have the power to stimulate experiences that no other medium can by granting players a sense of agency.
Matthew graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic, with a Diploma in Digital Entertainment Technology (Games) and DigiPen Institute of Technology, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (RTIS). Matthew has worked at indie game studios, SMEs and MNCs, namely Virtuos as a Senior R&D Engineer and EpicSoft Asia as Director of Publishing. His unique experiences has allowed him to gain a clear understanding of the end-to-end development and the go-to-market process for games.

Nick Vanzetti is the Senior Vice President of ESL Asia-Pacific Japan. A passionate advocate of the esports community, he has helped shape some of the region's largest events & leagues.
From creating grassroots community-led events as a hobby to becoming one of APJ’s leading e-sports event organisers, Nick has built a career around doing what he loves. Nick has spent 20 years in the games industry, combining careers in project management and film & television prior to the commencement of his own company in 2011.
Having grown the business quickly to be a market leader in Australia, an acquisition by the world's largest esports company made Nick the head of ESL in APJ and now firmly focused on growth in Asia.
IMPLS Entertainment Pte Ltd
Nikhil Hathiramani built his career in esports by starting CSGO2ASIA in 2016. His experience in the diamond industry as a second generation business leader brings keen insights into how to operate a lean and efficient team in challenging landscapes.
Since founding CSGO2ASIA, Nikhil has been involved in almost every aspect of esports - from journalism, content creation, team management and stream production. Now the CEO of IMPLS Entertainment, Nikhil oversees the day-to-day operations of the IMPLS Media properties and professional esports team, Paper Rex.
A self-taught digital marketer and natural entrepreneur, Nikhil leads the team at IMPLS Entertainment from a content-first perspective, guiding our strategy in the hyper growth oriented esports industry with his inspiring vision.
Nikhil has been an active member in the Counter-Strike community for over 15 years and currently enjoys playing VALORANT and Apex Legends in his free time.
Phylicia is VP at Play Ventures, the leading early stage, global gaming VC fund. Prior to Play Ventures, she has worked with gaming startups like Mighty Bear Games and has over 9 years experience leading marketing and growth at startups and organisations like the Singapore Economic Development Board.
Sunitha Kumar Girish
Sunitha Kumar Girish is an Associate Producer at Ubisoft Singapore on the Skull & Bones team. Prior to joining the Singapore studio, Sunitha worked on various product management roles for other gaming studios such as Electronic Arts, Microsoft, PopCap Games and her own indie studio, Laughing Buddha Games.
As an industry veteran in product management, technology and game production, Sunitha is passionate about her mission to “do good while gaming”, she aims to change the status quo and bring about a positive transformation in the games industry by building pathways for all talents.
Some of her favourite games include Horizon Zero Dawn, World of Warcraft, Assassin’s Creed and of course, Skull & Bones.
Teo Kah Hui
Global Localisation Manager
Kah Hui Teo is the Global Localisation Manager at Keywords Studios. She has been working in the games industry for more than a decade. Prior to Keywords, she was the Senior Manager, Asset Localization & Testing at Electronic Arts. She currently serves as a council member of Keywords Studios Global Diversity and Inclusivity Council.
Kah Hui was appointed Women in Games Ambassador in 2020, she and other ambassadors bring together women in the game industry across APAC region monthly, to engage women in a range of topics from women empowerment, learning and development, mentorship and gender inclusivity.
She is an Advisor to the Singapore Games Association and the Mentorship and Education Manager of Women in Localization Singapore Chapter. Kah Hui was appointed to the Singapore National Translation Committee Chinese Resource Panel in March 2022 for a 2-year term.
Veronica Foo is a seasoned marketing leader with a decade worth of experience leading cross-functional teams to market games to millions of users. In her current role as Marketing Director at Immutable Studios, she is working on building games that bring true digital ownership to the world.
She spent 6 years at Riot Games, setting up Riot for success in launching their new games into the SEA region, as well as built the go-to-market team and strategy for League of Legends: Wild Rift globally to millions of players, topping app store charts and breaking app store and pre-registration records.
Her professional passions include solving complex business problems and driving business growth and leveraging games to enrich the lives of others
Vincent Low has over 18 years of game-making experience, honed at companies like Microsoft Game Studios in the UK, where he worked on Kinect Sports for the Xbox 360.
Based in China for more than 8 years, Vincent built and ran one of the first HTML5 games platform within WeChat in China, which grew to 10 million daily active users. He founded Potato Play with the vision of bringing Asian-developed games to the global audience, combining Western and Eastern game development philosophies.
Having experienced both styles of game development and publishing, Vincent deeply believes in the importance of both the artistic and scientific aspects of game development, which is why Potato Play places great emphasis on “Create with inspiration, validate with data".

Wanda is the founder and current head of Armaggeddon, one of the brands in Leapfroglobal’s portfolio.
She’s managed the brand, sourcing and distribution of IT hardware for over 10 years, expanding the brand in 30 countries till date during which she’s planned and ran the first CS:GO and Dota2 regional tournaments in Southeast Asia.
Through the years she has actively supported local enterprises, teams and players through providing a basic network/facilities to grow their capabilities and communities.
